Our gold plating facility can produce high quality, high reflectivity gold on a wide variety of substrates ranging from stainless steel to silver, through to plastics. We can produce a wide variety of coloured golds from old/antique gold, through a warm gold to a bright yellow finish. We can plate 22 carat, 18 carat, 9 carat gold with or without the addition of nickel, cobalt or indium. These metals are added for specific applications, We plate in thicknesses from a flash gold ( 0.25micron) to heavy gold plate up to 25 microns. The substrate can be plated with nickel prior to gold.
Our palladium plating units can plate pure palladium on to a wide variety of substrates ranging from stainless steel to copper. The thickness of deposit ranges from 1 micron up to 10 microns.
We also plate silver on small items.
