We have been making our own centrifugal disk polishers since 1990. These produce a high quality mirror finish on complex objects by using a spinning disk and walnut powder impregnated with diamond dust. The vortex created by the disk ensures that the polishing medium is active on all parts of the item. Internal curves or chains for example, are easily polished using this technique. Items which can be problematic with more traditional techniques present no problem using this method. We can accept items with approximately a 600 grit finish for final polishing.
